We are learning all about the Flags of Britain, and England! Yay! Here are some helpful videos with teaching this super cool flag history!
What's the history of the British Flag?
The British flag is called the Union Jack and was created in 1801, with the union of Ireland and Great Britain. The flag is a design with the combination of the flags of England, Scotland, and Ireland. Try to find them! The English flag is the red cross, white cross or Saltire of Scotland, and the Red Cross or Saltire of Ireland.
