The Basic Craft Supply List

Here is the list of art supplies that we suggest having on hand while you are using The Masterpiece Alphabet Curriculum:

Pencils, Pencil + Eraser Set Erasers: White Oval Eraser - Kneaded Rubber Eraser

Markers: Super Tips, Broad Line, Dual-Tip Brush/Fine, but we love these Crayola Thick + Thin  

Paint: Acrylic Paint, Crayola Washable Paint Watercolor Paints: we like these, and these, and but this will do just nicely. for the job at home! If you want to invest in a watercolor kit, perfect for travel, field trips, painting and painting outdoors, we absolutely love this Sukura Koi Travel Set of 48 Water Colors, along with these pre-cut 5 x 7 watercolor paper, which make homeschool field trips a breeze to include watercolor painting! I you are looking for a small journal with paper suited for watercolor, this one is great!

These Alphacolor Concentrated Tempera Paint Biggie Cakes are great for at-home use!

Watercolor Pencils are a great way to add color, and we love these Crayola Colored Pencils, that act as regular and watercolor pencils in one! Color with the pencils, then add in some water with a brush to change the look.

Oil pastels and Neon Oil Pastels are really fun, as well as Crayons.

Glue (Liquid + Stick), Scissors and a Ruler.

Paper: White, Watercolor, Construction paper

Colored Chalk, Popsicle Sticks, Hot Glue Gun + Glue Sticks, Air Dry Clay, Yarn, Felt, Embroidery Loop, Needle and Embroidery Thread.

From the Kitchen + Recycling: Tinfoil, plastic knife, plastic wrap, cardboard, milk jugs, toilet paper rolls, sponges, chop sticks, tin can, newspaper.

For the Letter tracing in salt, sprinkles or sand: A Sandwich Container with lid.  These are a simple way to create a portable letter tracing tray for your preschooler. You can also put them in an open tray, but the sandwich container helps it stay contained, especially when not in use.
