Science Project: Grow Roots from the pit of a Mango!

With the pit from the mangos you bought from the store, you can experiment to see the roots grow, right at home!

Craft: Mango Bubble Wrap Prints

Find the mango coloring page below and cut out your mango. Paint on top of your bubble wrap, and have students press their mangos on top of the paint to make a print. Use colors yellow, red, orange and green. Hang up to decorate your home with your fresh mango art!

In the Garden:

Go out to your yard, or garden to paint a picture of your yard, and in your painting, add in a mango tree. Write or dictate a story about where you would want your mango tree to grow, and what you would do with them when they are ready to harvest and pick from the tree.
