Things to think about….
What do you like most about Michelangelo’s Atlas sculpture?
What do you think you would feel like, if you had the weight of the world on your shoulders, like Atlas?
Have you ever created process art before? The art is in the process or the journey.
Do you have any stories, or characters that speak to you, that you might like to create art about? Michelangelo would use legends and Bible stories to influence him in his art.
Have you ever created an art piece that you didn’t finish? If so, go and search for it. Keep it on hand for our next Adventures. Think about what you might do with it, if you were to re-use it or create a new piece of art with it.
We hope you are enjoying your time with the Build Your Masterpiece Class Adventures, and would love to see your creations!
